Reminiscence is an exploration of memory, capturing moments and textures in lasting form. Created during my residency at Denniston Hill, this series serves as both an artifact and a message to future generations, telling stories of our time and surroundings through imprints of the landscape. By incorporating natural elements like stones, grasses, and everyday remnants, each piece embeds a physical memory of place, offering a visual and tactile experience. As one of humanity’s oldest art forms, ceramics connect us to past cultures; I imagine these vessels will similarly serve as markers of our present for generations to come.
