Pair of wall lamps produced by Ilum of Argentina, designer unrecorded. Each fixture comprises a wooden canopy fitted to a polished brass rod terminating in a painted aluminum dome shade, with sealed internal parts. Measuring 44.7 cm in height, 13.2 cm in width, and 21 cm in depth, and weighing 0.6 kg, the pieces are signed "Ilum (Argentina)". The lamps have undergone restoration, with joinery and metal elements stabilized and finishes brought into consistency with the original specification.
Ilum operated within the mid-century Argentine lighting industry, producing fixtures characterized by geometric restraint and industrial material combinations of brass, aluminum, and turned wood.
The piece has been restored by our specialized workshop in São Paulo
