    1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or purchasing from BOSSA STORE, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website.

    2. Product Information We strive to provide accurate descriptions, dimensions, and images for all products. As many of our pieces are handcrafted or unique objects, there may be slight variations in colour, texture, or finish that are inherent to their nature and not considered defects. We do not guarantee exact colour accuracy across all screen types.

    3. Ordering and Payment Placing an order on BOSSA STORE constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in which case you will be fully refunded. Payment is processed securely through our payment gateway. Your card details are encrypted and never stored by us.

    For orders above USD 50,000, identity verification may be required under EU Anti-Money Laundering Directive 5 (AMLD5). Our team will contact you to complete this step before processing your order.

    4. Shipping We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Items are carefully packaged and shipped from our studios in São Paulo, Brazil, or New York, USA. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and will be confirmed by email after your order is placed.

    Bossa Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or circumstances beyond our control.

    5. Customs, Duties and Taxes International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

    6. Returns We accept returns within 14 days of the item being delivered, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and packaged securely for return. To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@bossafurniture.com within this period.

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive and inspect the item (a process that may take up to 14 business days), refunds will be processed within 30 days to the original payment method.

    7. Damaged or Defective Products If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 14 days of delivery at shop@bossafurniture.com, including photographs of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

    8. Intellectual Property All content on BOSSA STORE — including text, images, product designs, and branding — is the property of Bossa Furniture and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. It may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

    9. Privacy Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using BOSSA STORE, you agree to its terms.

    10. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of BOSSA STORE following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

    11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York.
