1. How do I place an order? Browse our shop by category — Vintage Objects, Contemporary Objects, Bossa Home Collection, Lighting, and Publications. When you find a piece you'd like to purchase, click "Buy now" and follow the checkout steps. Payment is processed securely online.
2. Do you ship internationally? Yes — and shipping is free on all orders, worldwide. We ship from our studios in São Paulo or New York. Delivery times vary by destination; you'll receive an estimated date by email once your order is confirmed.
3. Some pieces show "Enquire" instead of "Buy now" — what's the difference? Our shop contains two types of pieces: objects ready for immediate purchase, and furniture or custom pieces from our collection that require a conversation first — about restoration, fabric choices, or availability. If you see "Enquire", one of our team members will get back to you within 24 hours.
4. What is your return policy? We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. 5. What if my order arrives damaged? Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at shop@bossafurniture.com with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
6. Do you offer gift wrapping? We take great care in packaging every piece. If you'd like to know about gift wrapping options for a specific order, please get in touch with our team before completing your purchase — we'll let you know what's available.
7. Why was I asked to verify my identity for a large purchase? For orders above $50,000, EU anti-money laundering regulations (AMLD5) require us to verify the buyer's identity before processing the transaction. It's a quick, one-time step — our team will guide you through it within 24 hours.
8. Where are you based? We have studios in São Paulo, Brazil and New York, USA. Both teams handle sales and shipping — so wherever you are, someone nearby is looking after your order.
