  • Restoration Beyond Borders

From pickup to return shipping, we restore pieces for clients worldwide

After six years of restoring to the most demanding customers worldwide, we recognize that our commitment to excellence is one of our foremost virtues. Bossa Workshop was conceived as an aspiration to broaden our scope of the design market and address the demand of collectors, architects, and interior designers that already bought their pieces and now are seeking high-quality restoration. We provide an exclusive service that spans from the initial point of contact, budget considerations, timely delivery, premium materials, continuous oversight, and a team of skilled artisans.

At Bossa’s new headquarters in São Paulo, restoration holds a central role. More than a technical process, it is part of how we understand Brazilian design — through history, materiality, and continuity.

Each piece that enters our workshop is individually examined. We investigate its origin, construction techniques, and materials, combining iconographic and archival research with the practice of a multidisciplinary team of restorers, artisans, and researchers.

Time transforms objects. Our role is to understand these transformations, preserve what is essential, and intervene with precision when necessary. Research and restoration work together: while research guides technical decisions, the material itself reveals its trajectory.

This care extends beyond the pieces in our own collection. Bossa’s workshop also receives furniture from private clients and collections around the world seeking a rigorous and informed restoration process, conducted by professionals deeply connected to the history of design and its techniques.

  • We coordinate the entire process internationally, including pickup, shipping, restoration, and return delivery after completion — ensuring that each piece is handled with the same level of care from beginning to end.
